The life of every mortal lies between two great days, in between lies the stage of acts which determines the legacies that write the story. The Holy Bible in the book of (Ecclesiastes 3:1-2) says _ “To everything there is a season, A time to be born and and a time to die”. William Shakespeare was indeed right to say: “Life is a stage where everyone comes to play his own role.” Our beloved Dad has completed his own role on earth; he lived an accomplished life and has left a legacy that will forever be appreciated and remembered. As Marcus Cicere says: “The life of the dead is placed in the memory of the living.”

Our beloved Dad lost his wife (our Mom) and later his last child Chinemerem Agubor in a very hurting and painful situations, but his strong faith in God remained unshakeable in bearing such irreparable and irreplaceable losses. He was willing to endure till the end, the life of celibacy that thrills the departure of his late wife, because of his love for her and his children. Artisans in Venezuela are using the Venezuelan Bolivar to make sculptures, handbags, and other things because of how worthless the currency has become following Venezuela’s economic collapse.
Venezuela’s congress says annual inflation hit 24,600 percent in May. The minimum wage can not buy as little as a bottle of soft drink so citizens have begun turning colorful bolivar bills into a purse rather than to spend them on a purse or anything else. Alvaro Rivera is one of the artisans making products out of money.

The value of that cash at money exchange houses in Cucuta is 17 U.S. cents. The bag, on the other hand, sells for $13.
"The price of the work has nothing to do with how many bills I use. What I’m selling is the art," Rivera said.

A bag of groceries, which cost $15 a year ago, now costs $3,960 in Venezuela. Those earning bolivares can no longer afford the basics. To feed a family of five for a month costs 20 times the monthly minimum wage, according to the Center for Labor Research and Analysis a Caracas-based nonprofit. The crisis is forcing millions of people to flee the country.

"It could happen to any parent" Ohakim

Oby, the daughter-in-law of former Imo state governor, Ikedi Ohakim, has appealed to Nigerians to cease from attacking singer D'Banj and his wife, Lineo, following the death of their one-year-old child, Daniel, who drowned in the pool inside their home yesterday June 24th.

Oby in a post shared on her IG page, said such horrific thing can happen to any parent as no parent is perfect enough to always watch over their loved ones. According to her, it is an innate thing for people, even parents, to make mistakes and that no parent will say he or she has not had a moment where they have slipped. She shared the story of how she almost lost her first child after forgetting him in the car. Read her post below

A New Jersey mother was sentenced to eight years in prison for the death of her newborn daughter.
The Franklin Township woman named Jade Fanz, 21, pleaded guilty to reckless manslaughter by choking her newborn daughter until she died, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said.

The crime came to light, according to authorities, when she visited a hospital for treatment of an apparent medical complication related to the birth.
The body of the newborn was found on February 27, 2016, on the property of her family's Franklinville home on Proposed Avenue. Officials said Fanz has been held in jail since then.
She was originally charged with murder and other counts, but pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter on April 11, 2018. Under terms of a plea, officials said Fanz must serve 85 percent of her sentence before she is eligible for parole.

Over 48,000 marchers gathered to celebrate the New York City Pride parade on Sunday but what they did not expect was a proposal.

In the middle of the parade route, EMT Trudy Bermudez knelt down and proposed to her girlfriend paramedic Tayreen Bonilla. And a shocked Bonilla accepted with a resounding "yes."

The pair met through their jobs with the New York Fire Department four and a half years ago. They’ve been together for a year and a half. Bermudez says she began planning the proposal around six months ago. At first, she was concerned that doing it at Pride would be too cliché, but eventually decided that it was the right fit.
After the proposal, the two were met with cheers from LGBTQ parade-goers.
"We’re proud of who we are, and we’re very happy, and I wanted to share that with whoever enjoys happiness," Bermudez said.
